5/2/2023 Onwards to our final town for the day, Tupelo. ... A little distance away we arrived at Tupelo National Battlefield.
Having been there a long time ago, I had described it to Ken as “a field with a flagpole, monument and cannon”; it has in fact two cannons and even
a park sign, but otherwise it’s essentially the same, and not requiring much visitation time.
